Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if requested by email (on the contact us page) if received NO LATER than 11:59 PM EST 2 weeks prior to the event on that Wednesday evening. Due to payment requirements due with the venue for the official headcount, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THIS DATE.

Ticket transfers can occur anytime but the transaction is not the responsiblity of NBW. If you work out your own deal to transfer tickets, the original ticket purchaser MUST submit the information regarding who your ticket will be transferred too prior to their arrival at the event. If NBW has not received this email prior to the new guest arriving, the ticket will not be honored. This protects you and your ticket from misunderstandings as well as insures there is a record of the transfer for NBW to update the record with. Based on the changes required for indoor events due to COVID 19... ALL Canadian, Ontario, and Hotel regulations for participation are required for attendance. There will be NO REFUNDS if you are turned away at the door or during the event for failure to comply. Please only buy your tickets if you are willing and able to comply to the potentially real-time changes required before and during the event. The current NBW COVID policy can be found here, while all efforts are being made to insure our policies are in line with the country, province, regional, city, and hotel policies, we cannot guarantee the policies are always going to be written into the conventions policy; the more restricitive policies will be in effect in the areas defined as such.
